"Extremely disappointed with this firm and they’re recent actions, received a notice of non renewal on two completely separate auto policies due to my lack of communication on one policy’s claim from months ago, I was not aware I was being contacted because they had the wrong number and I never once received correspondence via email they just want your money and when it is time to turn in a claim they will drop you from coverage, shame on this agency and the rude customer service I received from Adina on the phone today I will be taking my policies elsewhere moving forward after 13 years with State Farm"

"I am moving to the area, have been with state for for over 30 years, so I was looking for a new state farm agent in the area. I called many. Bill answered the phone, which is a huge 1st step, so I really appreciate that! Then he looked into whether or not they could write a policy, looked into it and called me back within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, they can not do the policy. But instead of just saying nope we can't do it, he offered alternatives, referrals and went over the 1bquotenI did have and gave me his professional opinion. We found some issues with the paperwork we would not have known had we had not gone on but ma’am, who was assisting us was very condescending. Yes, they were directions in the email sent to us, but my grandparents had questions - so we decided to speak to someone in person and our experience was not at all comfortable.
